Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking with NJ Decorators Hyderabad. By paying the booking advance, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms mentioned below.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after:
Verbal discussions, quotations, enquiries, screenshots or tentative reservations will not be considered confirmed bookings without payment.
All decoration services are subject to availability.
An advance payment is mandatory to reserve the event date, time slot, decorator, materials and transportation.
The advance amount paid is non-refundable, as materials, labour and transportation arrangements are made immediately after booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid before the decoration work begins or within the payment timeline communicated by our team.
The decorator may refuse to begin or complete the setup if the pending payment is not cleared.
The quotation will include only the products, services and decoration elements specifically mentioned in the confirmed package.
Any additional requirement, change, upgrade or item requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
Prices may change if there is a change in:
Taxes, venue charges, parking fees, toll charges, loading charges or entry charges will be additional unless specifically mentioned as included.
Transportation and logistics charges may apply depending on the event location.
Additional transportation charges will be applicable if the venue is located more than 30 kilometres from our service location or operational base.
Parking charges, toll charges, venue entry charges, loading charges, porter charges or additional vehicle charges must be paid by the client where applicable.
The client must provide accurate venue details and the correct Google Maps location before the event.
All images displayed on our website, social media pages, catalogues, advertisements or WhatsApp are for reference and representation purposes only.
The final decoration may vary slightly in:
Variations may occur due to product availability, venue conditions, lighting, weather, safety requirements or practical feasibility.
Minor variations from the reference image will not be considered a service deficiency.
Customisation is available depending on the selected package, availability and feasibility.
The client may request changes such as:
Any customised element or additional product not included in the confirmed package will be charged separately.
Customisation requests must be finalised before the deadline communicated by our team.
Once customised items have been ordered, printed, prepared or purchased, they cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
All decoration materials are provided strictly on a rental basis unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

All rental materials will be collected after the event, on the following day or at a mutually agreed time.
The client must not remove, shift, dismantle or hand over any rental material to another person without permission.
If the client wishes to retain, purchase or keep any rental material, they must inform NJ Decorators Hyderabad in advance.
Additional charges will apply based on the product, availability and replacement value.
Rental materials cannot be retained without written confirmation and payment.
The client will be responsible for any rental material that is:
The applicable repair or replacement cost must be paid by the client.
The client is responsible for the safety of all decoration materials from the time the setup is completed until the materials are collected.
The decorator may arrive and complete the decoration at any time within the selected time range.
The selected time range does not guarantee arrival exactly at the beginning of the slot.
The client must ensure that the venue is accessible throughout the confirmed time range.
Decoration completion time may vary depending on the package size, venue access, lift availability, parking, electricity, weather and other practical conditions.
The decorator will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the venue if the setup cannot begin due to:
Waiting charges will apply if the decorator is requested to wait beyond 30 minutes.
The decorator will also not wait for more than 30 minutes after completing the setup for payment, inspection, instructions or any other requirement.
If access is not provided within the waiting period, the booking may be treated as completed and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
The client must ensure that the decoration area is ready, clean, accessible and free from unnecessary furniture or obstruction before the decorator arrives.

Any delay caused by venue restrictions or unavailable facilities will not be the responsibility of NJ Decorators Hyderabad.
The client is responsible for obtaining permission from the venue, hotel, restaurant, apartment, society, clubhouse, banquet hall or property owner before confirming the decoration.
The client must confirm whether the venue permits:
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will not be responsible if the venue refuses or restricts any decoration element.
Any venue deposit, permission charge, electricity charge or decoration fee must be paid by the client.
The client must provide a suitable stool and/or ladder wherever required to complete the decoration.
A continuous and reliable power supply is mandatory for decorations involving:
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will not be responsible for delays, incomplete lighting or equipment failure caused by unavailable or interrupted electricity.
Unless specifically mentioned in the confirmed package, helium balloons are not included.
The balloons used in standard decoration packages are normal air-filled balloons.
Balloon colours and shades may vary slightly according to brand and availability.
Metallic, chrome, pastel, printed, customised, helium or special-shaped balloons may be charged separately.
Balloons must be kept away from:
Air-filled latex balloons generally remain in good condition for approximately 4–6 hours.
Helium-filled foil balloons may last for up to 24 hours.
The durability of balloons may vary depending on temperature, weather, venue conditions, quality, handling and exposure to sunlight or heat.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will not be responsible for balloons popping, fading, shrinking or deflating after the setup has been completed.
Outdoor decorations are subject to weather, wind, heat, rain, dust, sunlight and venue conditions.
The appearance and durability of balloons, flowers, fabrics, lights, boards and props may be affected by outdoor conditions.
The client accepts the risks associated with outdoor decoration.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad may modify, reduce, relocate or remove unsafe decoration elements if weather conditions make the original setup impractical or dangerous.
In case of rain, strong winds, extreme heat, unsafe weather or other unsuitable outdoor conditions, only rescheduling may be considered.
Cancellation and refunds will not be provided due to weather-related conditions.

Perishable, customised, printed or already prepared items cannot be refunded, cancelled or rescheduled.
A minimum cancellation charge of ₹1,000 will apply to confirmed bookings.

Rescheduling will be subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
The booking may be rescheduled only once unless otherwise approved in writing.

No cancellation, refund or rescheduling will be allowed once the decorator:
If the decoration cannot be completed due to incorrect venue details, denied access, pending payment, unavailable electricity, lack of permission, client delay or any reason beyond our control, the booking will be treated as completed.
Perishable, personalised, customised, printed or specially ordered items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded or rescheduled once arranged.

Last-minute changes requested on the event day will be subject to feasibility, availability and additional charges.
The decorator is not obligated to make changes that were not part of the confirmed package.
Changes that affect safety, setup time or material availability may be refused.
The final placement of the decoration will depend on the available space, venue layout, safety requirements, electrical points, wall conditions and venue restrictions.
The decorator may adjust the layout if the originally requested placement is unsafe or impractical.
The client must inspect and approve the setup before the decorator leaves.
The client must inform us in advance about delicate walls, wallpaper, glass, wooden panels, freshly painted surfaces or restricted areas.
Although reasonable care will be taken, NJ Decorators Hyderabad will not be responsible for minor marks, tape residue, paint peeling or surface damage caused by weak paint, old walls, moisture, dust, wallpaper or unsuitable surfaces.
Freestanding decoration may be recommended where wall attachment is unsafe.
Children and guests must not pull, climb, sit on, lean against or play with decoration stands, frames, lights, wires, tables or props.
The client is responsible for supervising children and guests around the decoration.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will not be responsible for injuries or damages caused by misuse, interference or improper handling after the setup has been completed.
Any candles, electrical lights, cold pyros, fog machines, confetti or special effects will be used only where permitted and practically safe.
The client must obtain venue approval before requesting these items.
The client must supervise open flames and electrical decoration after the setup is completed.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad may refuse to use any item that creates a safety risk.
Products or services arranged through third-party vendors may include cakes, flowers, photographers, entertainers, sound systems, food, gifts or special effects.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will coordinate these services in good faith but will not be responsible for delays, quality issues or failures caused solely by independent third-party vendors.
Third-party cancellation and refund policies may apply separately.
Clients, guests, venue employees or other vendors should not interfere with, shift or alter the decoration while the setup is in progress.
Any damage, delay or design change caused by interference will not be the responsibility of NJ Decorators Hyderabad.
Additional charges may apply if the setup needs to be corrected or repeated.
The decoration will be considered completed once the agreed package has been installed at the venue.
Minor adjustments requested immediately after completion may be considered depending on feasibility and time availability.
Requests for major design changes after completion will be charged separately.
The client or an authorised representative must inspect the decoration immediately after completion.
Any concern must be communicated before the decorator leaves the venue.
Complaints raised after the event or after the decoration has been used may not be accepted unless supported by clear photographs or videos.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad must be given a reasonable opportunity to correct any genuine issue before a refund or compensation request is considered.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad may photograph or record the completed decoration for portfolio, catalogue, website or social media purposes.
Personal photographs, guest faces or private information will not be intentionally published without consent.
The client may inform us in writing before the event if they do not want the decoration photographs to be used for promotional purposes.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, gifts, jewellery, phones, cash, cakes or other items kept near the decoration area.
Clients are advised to keep valuable items under their supervision.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will not be liable for delays, rescheduling or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
In such cases, rescheduling or an alternative arrangement may be considered depending on availability and costs already incurred.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue service for valid reasons, including:
Payments already used for preparation, materials, labour or transportation may not be refunded.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will provide the agreed services in good faith and with reasonable care.
We will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of event enjoyment, emotional distress, venue disputes, guest behaviour or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Where legally permitted, any liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific decoration service concerned.
No express or implied guarantee or warranty is provided regarding:
All final package details, customisations, event information and changes must be communicated through WhatsApp, email or another written method accepted by NJ Decorators Hyderabad.
The client is responsible for checking the quotation and confirming that all requirements are correctly mentioned.
NJ Decorators Hyderabad will not be responsible for requirements discussed verbally but not included in the final written confirmation.
By confirming the booking or making the advance payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The person confirming the booking will be treated as authorised to accept these terms on behalf of the client, family, company or event organiser.
Any concern or dispute relating to the booking, payment, decoration service, cancellation, rescheduling, damage, or refund must first be communicated to NJ Decorators Hyderabad in writing.
Both parties shall make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably through discussion.
If the dispute cannot be resolved mutually, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
